Rick Ross built his empire with one rule: never leave money on the table.
He explained that on a Friday night, he might charge $150K to perform at a venue. But if it’s a slow Tuesday and someone offers $75K, he’ll take it. Because sitting around waiting for the “perfect deal” means missing real opportunities.
He compares it to owning a dry cleaner. If you charge $3 to clean pants and someone only has $2, most people turn them away. Ross wouldn’t. He’ll take the $2 today and figure out how to get the rest later.
